Batman:  Joker

drawingThe Joker is none other than Batman's arch-enemy.  When I read the story of his first appearance (BATMAN #1), The Joker would send these messages by radio, saying who he's going to kill or what crime he'll commit, when he'll do it, and at the end of each message, he would say, "The Joker has spoken!"  If he were going to kill someone, he would shoot darts at them, leaving his victims with a smile.

I've got a new, twisting idea for what the Joker was really been doing when Barbara Gordon was crippled, and when Jason Todd and Sarah Essen Gordon were murdered.  It was not the Joker who committed those three crimes, but a clone created by the Death Knight.  The original Joker was actually trapped in a small room for years because his prize creation betrayed and cloned him.

By the time I work on Batman video games, The Joker will be the main villain for Batman to encounter in the first game.
